Carlisle has been a licensed Realtor™ since 2012, and a licensed broker since 2019. He holds a bachelor of commerce degree from Dalhousie University with a major in entrepreneurship. During his time at Dalhousie, Carlisle founded an award-winning storage and moving company that earned him the honor of the 2015 Dalhousie Entrepreneur of the Year. He was also awarded the 2015 Nova Scotia Student Entrepreneur of the Year by Enactus Canada. Additionally, Carlisle’s storage and moving company was voted the best moving company in Halifax by the Coast Newspaper.

Since then he has switched his focus to offering an outstanding quality of service and dedication to his real estate career. Since 2012, Carlisle has worked alongside industry leaders in commercial and residential purchase and sale. Most recently, Carlisle worked in commercial property management and was the marketing director of a 68-unit new development in Downtown Halifax.

Carlisle’s business experience combined with his strong work ethic, high-level of customer service, and entrepreneurial spirit will be an asset to clients as they make important real estate investment decisions.

When he’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Carlisle can be found open-ocean racing, skiing, or playing basketball with friends.

James Boudreau joined Full Circle Realty in June of 2021 after seven consecutive years with two national commercial brokerages.  James brings a tremendous amount of knowledge to the commercial practice at Full Circle, and a true passion with strong expertise in multifamily, both large and small. James has experienced success firsthand in real estate and knows the benefits it can bring to those who are passionate about it and have a long-term perspective. His role within the brokerage will be to help drive growth in the commercial practice and assist other team members with underwriting, valuation and sales processes.

James’ primary role outside the brokerage is Vice-President and Partner at a Halifax based commercial Landlord, focused on asset management and ground up commercial and multifamily development.

Prior to beginning his career in Real Estate, James, a Chartered Accountant, worked at one of Canada’s largest telecommunications companies, holding positions in both Finance and Corporate Development & Strategy.
